These Community Guidelines outline the standards of conduct we expect from all Platform users. By using XWire Supply, you agree to follow these guidelines. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.
Treat all members with courtesy and professionalism. Disagreements should be handled constructively. Personal attacks, harassment, and disrespectful behavior have no place on our Platform.
Share genuine content, accurate information, and honest reviews. Misrepresentation, fake profiles, and misleading information undermine trust in our community.
This is a business platform. Maintain professional conduct in all interactions. Inappropriate, offensive, or unprofessional content damages our community's reputation.
Comply with all applicable laws and respect intellectual property rights. Fraudulent activity, copyright infringement, and illegal content are strictly prohibited.
The following types of content and behavior are strictly prohibited on XWire Supply:
Repetitive, irrelevant, or unsolicited content that disrupts the user experience or attempts to manipulate search rankings.

Targeted attacks, threats, intimidation, or persistent unwanted contact that makes others feel unsafe or unwelcome.

Content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination based on protected characteristics.
Protected characteristics include:
Content that is vulgar, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate for a professional B2B platform.
Examples:
Sexually explicit, suggestive, or pornographic content. XWire Supply is a professional business platform, not appropriate for adult content.
Note: This includes profile photos, project images, comments, and messages.
Content depicting violence, gore, death, serious injury, or other disturbing imagery.
Examples:
Unauthorized use of copyrighted material, trademarks, or other intellectual property without permission.

What to do: Only post content you own or have permission to use. Give proper credit and attribution.
False, deceptive, or misleading information about products, services, credentials, or business relationships.
Examples:
Any content that endangers, exploits, or sexualizes minors. We have zero tolerance for child exploitation.
We report all suspected child exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.
Content that promotes dangerous activities, unsafe practices, or poses a risk to public safety.
Examples:
Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity including scams, phishing, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Community Guidelines, please report it to us. We rely on our community to help maintain a safe and professional environment.
False Reports: Submitting false or malicious reports is a violation of these guidelines and may result in action against your account.
When we determine that content or behavior violates these Community Guidelines, we may take one or more of the following actions:
For first-time or minor violations, we may issue a warning and require the user to remove the violating content.
Violating content will be removed from the Platform. The user will be notified of the removal and the reason.
For repeated or serious violations, we may temporarily suspend the user's account (typically 7-30 days). During suspension, the user cannot access their account or Platform features.
For severe violations (e.g., child exploitation, fraud, threats of violence), we will permanently ban the user's account and may report the activity to law enforcement.
For illegal activity, we will cooperate with law enforcement and may pursue civil or criminal legal action.
The specific action taken depends on the severity and frequency of violations, user history, and the potential harm caused. We reserve the right to take immediate action (including permanent ban) for severe violations without prior warning.
If you believe we made a mistake in removing content or taking action on your account, you may appeal the decision.
Note: The appeals team's decision is final. Repeated frivolous appeals may result in your appeals being ignored.
We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time to reflect changes in our Platform, community feedback, legal requirements, or emerging safety issues.
When we make significant changes, we will notify users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated guidelines.
